How We Use Information
Depending on your relationship with us, we may ask you to provide certain personal information about you in order to adequately provide services. - inquire about a High Peak product or service;
- request that a High Peak representative contact you; and/or
- fill out an online survey;

Additional Sources
We may collect information from other sources, such as publicly available databases, providers of information, and social media platforms.
We also collect information through emails. From time to time, we may send you emails about our products and services. High Peak and third parties with which we contract may collect information regarding your interaction with these emails, including whether you opened the email, how long you viewed the email, and whether you opened any links in the email.
In addition, we collect “Other Information” about visitors to our Online Services. Other Information we may collect includes:
- the number of visitors to our Online Services
- the pages visited on our Online Services
- the Online Services features used
- the domain name of the site from which visitors connect to our Website
- browser and device information
- information collected through cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies
- information that has been aggregated in a manner such that it no longer reveals your identity
We may also collect Other Information when you download and use an App. We may track and collect App usage data, such as the date and time the App on your device accesses our servers and what information and files have been downloaded to the App based on your device number.

If we are required to treat Other Information as personal information under applicable law, then we may use and disclose it for the purposes as detailed in this Statement. In some instances, we may combine Other Information with personal information. If we do, we will treat the combined information as personal information as long as it is combined.
Our websites use cookies
This is a United States based Business to Business service and is not intended to be used as a Business to Consumer service.
When you visit our website or when you use our services we collect information automatically to administer our website and enhance your visitor experience, for our marketing efforts to serve ads across websites, and for security purposes. We use Google Analytics to measure interactions such as page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, site search, video engagement, file downloads and form interactions where applicable. We collect information to provide a better service to you which may include which ads you find most useful, unique identifiers tied to the browser, application or devices you are using.
Some of the cookies and tracking technologies that we use on our website are strictly necessary and are there to technically enable the website and its components as well as to enable security measures. Strictly necessary cookies are activated because these are necessary for the website to work properly and in a secure way.
Children
Our Online Services are not directed at nor intended for children under the age of 13. We also do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Retention Period
Prudential retains personal information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law.
Security
High Peak seeks to use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards and other security measures to protect personal information within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that information you send to us electronically may not be secure when it is transmitted to us. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us through the use of the Online Services.
